One day excursion
Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawala, Kandy City,  Temple of the Tooth,
Botanical Garden at Peradeniya

Meet at the airport / in Colombo.
Depart to Kandy.
En route,visit the  elephant orphanage at Pinnawala.

​

The main goal of the orphanage is to take care of orphans  and injured adult elephants. You can see a large number of these attractive animals - elephants walking freely around, or bathing at the Ma Oya river.

For an additional fee, you can feed baby elephants a bottle of milk or buy a fruit basket to feed or bathe them.

​

Visit to the spice garden (optional).

Visit  the Temple of the Sacred Tooth of Buddha - UNESCO World Heritage Site.

​

Visit Royal Botanic Gardens at Peradeniya.

​

If time permits visit Ramboda waterfalls /
Tea plantations / Tea factory.

​

Depart to your hotel / airport.
